The lifting of suppression orders means it can now be revealed that Cheng Qi "Chris" Wang, 54,was sentenced in the High Court at Auckland in April on charges of dishonestly using a document and money laundering.
The charges were laid by the Serious Fraud Office in 2010 and Wang was found guilty on all counts in January this year.
The offending relates to property transactions undertaken by Wang in 2008, nu skin product which involved him using false documents to obtain 100 per cent or greater mortgage funding from lenders.
However, the details of the charges, conviction and sentencing had been suppressed while Wang faced other charges in the courts.
Suppression orders were lifted earlier this month nuskin group.
In July, Wang was acquitted of murdering two men at an Auckland mansion in January 2011, but was found guilty of one count of manslaughter nu skin hong kong.
He will be sentenced on that charge on Friday.
